I've listened to a lot of kyu kurarin covers, and I think Suisei's is one of the better ones, and not just because she's a good singer. She does a really good job of controlling the strength and emotion in her voice to match the song. What I noticed in a lot of covers is that a lot of people tend to just sing 'cutely', with few variations in tones or emotion. But Suisei does a really good job of varying it to match the different parts of the song. For example, turning her voice at into more of a whisper at at 0:59 and 1:56, making her voice faint and strained almost to the point of disappearing at 1:21 and 2:42 to match the hopeless energy, making her voice temporarily stronger at 1:58 and 3:00 to fit the desperation of the protagonist in the lyrics wanting to cry out their pain. And at 3:11 you can even hear the faint waver of her voice at the end of the "doushiyou", different than when she sang it previously. Putting these subtle variations in her singing really enhances her cover.

And not to mention same key change as the Proseka Sekai version of the song to fit her vocal range.
