As a mid spender, i picked up the first bundle to have him ( $20) and like you mentioned, only whales rally important stuff , i have used him as rally commander in war, figure ill buy a talent reset if i need to change him. But to me he is like the NBA 6th man award lol, if i am missing a hero for some reason or another hosk is the hero that comes off the bench in the clutch no matter the situation. Great vid as always, ima buy that second bundle now so cod gets some of their sponsorship money back 😅 and i think thats where a mid spender like me should have hosk at going into S2. 🫡👍

'Upwards of x' means 'more than x'. I think you actually mean 'up to x' when you use that phrasing.

I am the person who does rallies for my alliance. Should I use Hosk as the primary in that situation, and if so I'm guessing I'd use your precision build?

Generally it's recommended that hosk is secondary. The strongest rally right now is bakshi emyris, although the new archers in S2 are probably better.
