Very helpful video CJ. We’ve just had the Nest system installed with our new boiler and you can buy cameras to add to it. I think I will after seeing your system. Our neighbours do trespass onto our property whenever they feel like it and we’re away!!!!

CJ, that's pretty cool Bud. I really like how you can add multiple sensors & know which sensor is going off in what section of property 👍. I like it. Is there an option for adding it to a smart home or will it only communicate with the box? I am wondering if you could set it up that it actually sends a text instead of doing the alarm as it would be helpful when you guys are out of town.

They sell other alarm systems and I think I saw one that does all of that. This is just their basic simple one

I'm afraid this would go off while I'm sleeping or in another room and I'm not gonna hear it. It would almost need to be a siren for it to be effective. It must alert the whole house and be able to wake me up.

My only advice to anyone is keep it away from large bird activity. It can be annoying. I try to hide one like that one under a bush and got tired of checking window to see who was here.

It's a shame that the alarm unit only allows you to choose from the dumb songs, and not simple beeps like chamberlain does. I would never buy this product simply because the songs are dumb!
