Don't forget Mido and Daemyeong!! Mido has been a top notch musical actress for a very long time, very popular in Korea in her field but only recently started TV and film. Daemyeong started his career quite late (he said it's because he was focused on studying when he was younger) and with small roles but catching up quite fast! I absolutely love this drama. I think the fact that the storyline isn't so linear makes this drama so unique. It's just showing you the ups and downs of the lives of five best friends. There isn't this one big villain that everyone is working to defeat. There isn't really one hero either. It's everybody's story, and you see how intertwined everybody's lives are. I also appreciate how they edit the story because it shows the ups, downs, unfair moments, good moments, and most of all it shows that no matter what happens life moves on. Usually I'm not a huge fan of kdramas because I get tired of the big fights and misunderstandings that take a couple of episodes to resolve. So it's really nice to watch something where you have people who are just being direct and living life. Also amazing cast :) Also - i feel like you dont see a lot of medical dramas that focus on things like good mentorship and communication with patients. a lot of medical dramas is all about the surgery and saving life (which of course is a big part of medicine) but it's nice to see a drama also highlighting things like guiding future aspiring physicians and communicating with patients in a way so that they will understand

Believe me, how bad it feels when you always say "we,ll do out best" but still in some cases you are not able to do anything for patient, totally irreversible diseases, heart aches so danm much, so i always wonder, doc,s who say we,ll do our best, with how patience they are saying, breaking bad news for patient is the worst exprience of someone,s life, seeing someone scattering infront of you, n loosing all hopes in life, is worst of all😢 being a doc, i can relate it to everyday life, can,t wait to see this drama❤

What i love about this drama is, it doesn’t exaggerate anything like most “doctors” dramas where someone is super duper evil, and every surgery is super duper hard and the doctors almost killed their patients all the time, and how doctors usually super strict and annoying to their residents. I like it because it’s kinda realistic (like how SHIN PD other dramas usually are) where there’s no one in this life who’s 100% evil. And no annoying long staring contest and pauses between dialogues. I like this drama, it has lots of prison playbook casts cameos, and reply series cameos and resemblances. but sadly i must say that prison wise life (prison playbook) is better. Prison playbook brought more feelings.. I don’t think I cried as much as when i watched reply 1988 and prison playbook when I watched this drama. But, it’s still great and it doesn’t disappoint me after waiting for some months before watching it.

This is one of the best drama that i have watched over these years. I was reluctant to watch it first bz it is a medical drama and i dont want to watch all those surgeries and tensions. Bt after watching the first ep i kind of had a feeling to watch the next ep and then i had to wait for days to watch the next eps. The thing is that, its not a typical med drama, idk wat else to describe.. its like REPLY series and Prison Playbook..u kind of get a better feeling after watching it. Each and every actors who played in both 1& 2 seasons have marked their own impressions on viewers. Even though they have only limited scenes, they've given their good performances. Another thing which i felt worth mentioning is abt their OST. They have the best OST collections in both seasons.. thanks for introducing these beautiful old osts in new versions which i have no word to describe them. A big applause to the entire team for ur hardwork, for this heart warming drama. Also the effort the main cast has to put to learn the instruments and the songs they have all played..i totally enjoyed them.. I am waiting for your next work!!

I never add any show/drama onto my to watch list until it has aired at least several episodes but when I saw that Shin Wonho PD is coming out with another work, I immediately added this to my list without knowing the plot, the date, or who the actors will be. I believe this will be another masterpiece because I’ve loved and enjoyed the Reply series and Prison Playbook. They’re my top favorite dramas and I believe this drama will also be like that, focusing on friendship/family with humor and warmth and carrying meaningful life lessons.

The reason I’m more excited for this drama is because I’m going to see KyungHo as a Doctor, I’ve always wanted to see him as one because I’m myself a Nearly Doctor. La finesse de ce drama est juste exquise, je n'ai jamais autant apprécié un drama médical de cette manière, l'atmosphère te donne envie de savourer chaque épisode tellement le jeu des acteurs est excellent, il a été une grosse claque pour moi l'année dernière, je dirais même encore plus qu'Itaewon Class qu'au départ j'avais placé au top, Hospital Playlist a raflé la mise pour moi , tellement hâte pour la saison 2 qui sort en Juillet normalement, c'est un drama à savourer devant une tasse de thé et des biscuits, c'est un drama à la Friends mais avec ce truc typiquement coréen, ils n'ont rien copié, tout est Made By Korea et c'est dope, c'est une perle dans le monde du drama.
