Hospital stay 😢 & Birthday party prep! 🎉

This week Jen went under general anaesthetic for an operation as part of our ongoing recurrent miscarriage research. And I wasn't allowed to stay with her!!!
It was also the week building up to Ted's birthday party so had plenty of preparation to do.
And I completed the London Triathlon! Whoop! 🏊‍♂️🚴🏃‍♂️
