Hospital workers strike over pay and conditions

Health Authority workers will picket outside the hospital daily until 6th December, striking over pay and conditions.
Led by Unite the Union, the strike involves industrial staff such as domestic workers and labourers.
They claim they were treated differently from domestic staff in other government departments during the pandemic but are now told they are no different from similar roles across the public service.
