In short the Banks are interested in 1. Weather the loan allotted is safe or not? 2. What is the security provided by the client in lieu of the loan? 3. Is the prospective client ready to pay our higher interest rate or does he want to negotiate? 4. Is the client promoting the banking tools, like opening bulk accounts with the bank?, simultaneously running recurring deposits? Willing to bear our senseless charges like processing fee, insurance cover (expensive premium one) advocated by the manager of the Bank, and inspection charges. 5. Will the branch manager will personally gain anything from the potential business deal? 6. Is the client aware of any govt. Schemes and subsidy provided by the govt.??, if the answer is No Then it is easy for the bank to process the loan.
