Hossfeld universal bender #2 scroll bender, scroll bending

This is just a quick demo on the hossfeld brand scrolls. i am using too thin of metal. and the way i sheared the metal from a plate put a twist in the metal so the scrolls arent coming out that great. but you can get the idea of them.

Nice job.I have used the Hossfield in the factory i work at to bend some round bar and some flat stock.Never seen those dies before they look like they work great.I would like to have one of those suckers in my home welding shop.

Very nice i bought a Harbor freight scroll bender and it works like shit the scrolls have flat parts in the scroll not happy !!

why kind of steel is that? The mild steel im using with my bender springs back so much!

I have one of these benders and a guy I know told me there is a way to round out the center bend that fits in the die. He wouldn't tell me how to do because he is a dick. Anybody out there know how it is done?
