But this can only host static pages is there any hosting site where we can upload fully functional dynamic site that should be free.

There are multiple ways. You can use Github pages for dynamic react apps as well: github.com/gitname/react-gh-pages Or you can use Heroku, Digital Ocean or AWS servers as well.
