Truly a tranquil and beautiful garden. My favorite was the Japanese Maple in a pot and then surrounded by a ring of hostas and then the row of boxwood. Or was it the climbing hydrangeas and rock walls! Stunning landscape.

What are the low 6-8 foot trees/ shrubs? Especially by the base of the water fall ... Would be perfect as mid story plants for my shade garden under my 100 ft tall tulip poplars.
@georgiamccoy86165 жыл бұрын
I use a lot of native azaleas as understory plantings. They can mature to 10 ft or you can prune to your design needs. The tree form "Quick Fire" hydrangea needs a bit more sun.

@@georgiamccoy8616thank you. I love azaleas and hydrangeas ... unfortunately the deer have devastated our azaleas and hydrangeas ... Had more than 30 big beautiful ones in a variety of colors.

The voles too. I have a stockade fence that keep the deer out if you don't forget to close the gate. It is very discouraging for you I know.

Good evening again from Suriname. I want you to know, You can invite a school to learn children how to Play in this garden without their telephone 📱📞 in their hands to learn them to listen to the watersplasshing 💦🌊 and to breathe the clean air among those trees and plants. Soo wonderful excellent 💟👍 nice. Humble greetings and praising our Holy heavenly Protection and Sending love 💕. Sleep well.

The fact that bamboo stands die after 100 years of the mother stand being imported to the USA from Asia is music to my ears. i hope mine begins to flower and die soon. i made such a mistake planting it in various locations in my garden! It has become so invasive and damaging to many parts of the yard and garden.
