I used to follow Takshzilla videos available on KZbin. I don't think koi coaching join krne ki jarurat hai. Koi bhi coaching class ka study material maga lo aur self study kro. Last me test series join kar lena.

In the website it was written that for the first year students, they get twin sharing room and only in the 2nd year is the single room provided. Is that an old info mentioned on the website or is it really twin sharing for first year guys?

I think from this year they are increasing the batch size. So I don't know for sure. I kindly request you to join official IIM Kashipur group on 'pagalguy', where there is dedicated team to answer all such questions related to the institute. The team will definitely provide you the latest info. The team consists of current students of institute.

College doesn't have infra to support extra students, rooms don't have space to walk to keep your stuff. For 2nd year also probably it will be twin sharing and 1st year for sure double sharing.

I don't know about other IIMs but in IIM Kashipur we were given single room from very first day.

@@SN00037 Not just in IIMs but in any institute, if it is offering residential program then living in hostel is compulsory. It doesn't matter you are from which city, you have to live in hostel. In IIM Kashipur, it was 2 year residential program. For quant, you have to work on your basic concepts first. Please watch KZbin videos to understand them. There are many videos available. And then most important thing to do is practicing.

@@Infinity_entity har ek institute ka alag alag criteria hota hai. They give different weightage to 10th, 12th, grad, exp n cat percentile to come up with composite score. On the basis of this composite score they call for gdpi. Visit official websites of IIMs and other good institutes to check weightage.

This is all false, college doesn't provide any such facilities, it will be double sharing with single wardrobe, most of the facilities don't work, admn take a long time to the fulfill requests. Due to covid things have gone more worst and college has not been able to provide good facilities. A room meant for one is being shared by two and giving a dormitory experience. Choose colleges after getting to know the truth about it, from the inside. Don't get misled by this video. If possible try any other IIM but not Kashipur.
