Hostile Waters Theme (VST cover)

Because I like the original. Plus the game is awesome.
All instruments minus cymbals are done with Edirol Orchestral. Cymbals done with the DFH addon for EZDrummer.
Mixing done in Reaper 3.23pre3
Song may sound fake, as all the instruments are software-generated. This is an attempt to find and perfect a production technique.

I do not believe that HW:AR had much of a soundtrack to release a, despite the belief of many gamers that the game was released without a soundtrack simply because the devs couldn't be bothered to include one, i believe it was done to serve for an immersive purpose and to let you steep in your own dread at what you wondered was actually coming out of the Cabal's island fortress ... At the same time i know that from my experiences with MOBA gaming that i focus so much better with music playing, even if that music does not suit the pace of the game i'm playing.

i agree with you but even i can't deny that this theme isn't awesome, but at times when you are searching for a tiny objective on an island after you destroyed everything else it gets boring but i agree that the lack of music helps with immersion by tons

Actually, there is a soundtrack but it was cut, i think because of changing plans on game, it suppose to be an arcade game i presume, there was few soundtracks that would change in game according to a situation
