I can tell you exactly how Greedy Williams got the job. Chargers selected him over a future 5 star player when the team's owner overrode management's decision. He insisted. When contacted later, he said he selected him because he had a great name.

OK Thanks. That now let's me know I can be my own Head Coach for my team. I appreciate it. I chose Sean Payton as Head Coach my team the New Orleans Saints. I play on hard and dynamic modes. I'm just learning the different mechanics to play. Right now I'm playing on hard mode. I'm 2 and 0 going into my next opponent. It's going to be a challenge for me to get to the playoffs but I believe I will achieve my goal.
