This was so beautiful!! they had one of the best relationships on the show!! a father-daughter relationship, Giles was the father Buffy never had but was privileged with.

Yeah, that's why I watch this series: for the parental bond he has when dealing with her... my motives, ItsATwinThing, are my own, but trust me, after spending approximately half my lifetime studying things like Soviet operations, I needed a break *into* the domestic, for my own sake and possibly for the safety of others too- anything at all is light and fluffy in comparison to *that*!

This video is gorgeous.Thank you.Sometimes when I feel numb,I come back to Buffyverse edits so I can feel this sort of mess of emotions.It's amazing how writing and actors' portrayal can make us fall in love so much with these characters.Buffy and Giles are specially dear to me,because I wish I had a father like him,I can only hope that other people have that luck.

so i just finished watching all your btvs videos and first i have to say, oh god how you have gotten better att vidding. you deserve so much credit!! its so beautiful, powerful, all of it. I don't think i can love any other show as i love buffy. it has thought me so much and i rewatch buffy every time i finish it so i always watch it..im crazy like that but all your videos reminded me how i fell in love with the show. how giles and buffys relationship made up for me not having a father. how willow and tara made me feel peace and strength with my sexuallity. i can go on and on how much this show has done for me. (im turning 21 on tuesday so i haven't grown up with this show im tv, but since the first time i saw it which is soon 10 years ago, i fell in love. and i would like to think that buffy has somehow turned me a little bit into the woman im becoming and i just need to say that Im so happy that i found someone who still makes buffy videos so frequently and is so amazing at it. thank you for all this and for keeping this amazing show alive, i which i could give you a medal
