Hello Dave. May I suggest rather than pouring water on your cooler, try taking a cheap white bath towel and soak it in the lake then cover your cooler. As the water evaporates it will actually cool off the cooler. Great video. Please keep them coming.

After trying every cut of steak I've come to the conclusion that ribeye is the best steak to cook on a grill. It is different if you are cooking a steak in a frying pan. Most 5 star chefs will tell you that the best way to cook a steak is in a frying pan because of the ability to maintain constant heat. I've tried it and I agree.
