Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Plain Flour - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Coconut Oil
For the dish
Deep Fried Mushrooms
Onion
Green Chilli - 3
Dry Chilli - 4
Chopped Garlic - 4 Cloves
Leeks or Green Onion - 1/2 Cup
Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
