be careful with the expansive foam if it gets under your nails it pop them off... real fingernails. yes

Always use gloves... It says it on the can. And, use safety goggles, when the can is near the end, or hits an air pocket, it sprays everywhere! It's sticky as can be, and doesn't wash off! Not something you want on your eyeball, either!
