Love the episodes which feature the Olympic Medalists. So interesting to listen to their behind story.

I wasn’t paying attention to fencing during the Olympics since I know nothing about it but might watch out for it next Olympics. Didn’t know that the players are such visuals 😍 And with great sense of humor 🥰

Wait, so they are admitting to violating the spirit of fair play and using gamesmanship to try to influence judges and referrers in their favor and lying about not hearing the allez call in order to mess with their opponent’s mind? I don’t think that’s something to be proud of or at the very least not something you talk about let alone laugh about in public. He basically admitted to cheating in a way. Should have kept that to himself. I’m sure other athletes do things too but I just think it’s poor form to do it but if you do, don’t go on tv revealing it and laughing about it and how successful you were at it.
@JohnLee-db9zt7 ай бұрын
Lol get over it, ya donut. They didn’t violate any rules and therefore no cheating. You don’t think other teams are using similar tactics? They’re playing a mental chess match.

@@JohnLee-db9zt lol get a functioning brain cell ya cream puff. I never said they violated any rules or cheated. I said ‘spirit’ of fair play and gamesmanship. Completely different thing ya pastry. Lmao. Learn to read ya donut hole hah

It seems like you've never watched professional fencing, specifically Sabre, before. Go watch some world-class level matches, from every other country's teams and players... This is NOT at all considered cheating and is an acceptable part of this type of current fencing. If you have a problem with it, don't hate the players, hate the game.
@naoxilee45523 ай бұрын
Have you actually watched any fencing games?? What they said are basics and mostly done by players I remember an italian player even put his phone in his pocket while playing so that they can cheat the judge
