I recently graduated with BBA and I did 4 interviews in the past weeks, I was so lucky to get 3 responds from the interviewers! Thankfully I got an internship in a big company, and I will start working next Monday. What I want to say to all people looking for new job or a fresh graduate who wants an internship is to be confident honest and prepared. Prepare how to introduce yourself by mentioning your college your major, where did you train ,what kind of courses you have attended. Look for what the company want, what is the job title tasks, because if they liked you there are going to ask if you are good at these tasks, also to check your knowledge in the field. Don’t forget what she said ‘They are there to hire you’ and I’m sure this is true. They want you to reply with the perfect answer, So don’t be afraid. I wish the best for all.

lol.. when she said she prefer someone talk more about themselves BUT there are also interviewer who don't care who you are and simply want to see what can you bring to the company and whether you know what the company achievements and what you can bring to it..

When she said she prefer someone talk more about themselves doesn't mean she wants to know about your life. She said at the end that she wanted to know how the person can contribute to company basically mean talking about yourself. Like at the end he said something similar he'll trained himself well & do well for the company & also saying learning English since the company is going global etc these are all something an interview will look for that how much the person is giving effort and knows about the company. He got chosen because he has use his experience in the field explaining the interviewer basically telling them why they should hire him.

I remember my first interview in my first job. I am a teacher and I applied in a private school after I graduated college. The interviewer was a foreigner, specifically an American Pastor and I am a Filipino. He asked me about what's my hobby. I know it's a common question and I answered him, I love to dance and sing coz that's I do in college. So he asked me what kind of dance and I answered, Latin Dance. He then told me, "But we don't allow that to our school because it's a Christian school." LOL! I was so proud of saying that and then got burned. To cover up to that, I followed up," I also love writing poems". He asked me "What kind of coins?" I was, "May I beg your pardon? He said "What coins? " I said, "No it's POEMS. P O E M S. Not coins." Everyone in the room laughed hysterically even him. 😂😂😂 Know what happened? We all just laughed and I was hired instantly. 😂😂😂

in having an interview you need to focus on what the interviewer might ask. Its a failure also if you think long or not saying anything when the interviewer ask. No need to tell also about how you had a hard life. Had a short introduction also about yourself. Tell also that you are willing to work hard for the company for you to grow or learn more and to help your parents. In focusing also the interviewer you will do an eye contact but not most of the time. Hope this will help.
