Did the SK president residency moved so that's why now they can open this to the public? I mean they talked about a very very detailed stuff about that place, wouldn't be that safe anymore for the president to stay there..right? Also isn't the former woman president (i think her fam name was Park) is being prosecuted? They still talk about her casually it's quite unusual

It should be fine as long they doesn’t mention the scandal and keep the discussion neutral. You could see SBS took extra measures here, they rarely focusing on Eun Ji Won’s face/reaction whenever they mention her, he’s her nephew btw. Also, EJW shows proper manner/reaction throughout the episode, I doubt any severe backlash gonna flood them.
