My day really starts at 8 but I often wake up at 4 so that I can wake up without stress, hydrate, get some studies done before sunrise and plan out my day before I start my day. When I slept until the last minute then my days were chaotic and stressful but these days my days are so peaceful.

Been a fan of this man for 6 years now. I must say, even though I'm busy with my own life right now, it feels refreshing to come back once in a while and see what Siwon has been up to. Yes, what Siwon said is true. Sleep while sit are more comfortable and convenient to do especially when you're in busy schedule or running for your due date. As a workaholic person, I usually do this if I want to be efficient in my work. I also tend to sleep while standing up too. But, you need to balance it with good, efficient sleep even just an hour
