Everything was managed by Label SJ since that time and SM has nothing to do with any SuJu activities. Lee Teuk had said before, he thinks how to make SuJu being a long-lasting group or not disbanded anytime, so they decided to had their own label under SM ent. that can manage their activities. Also i had read that Siwon was the biggest investor in that label 😊
