Rather than saying sorry and make people feel bad, shouldn't Jihyo try to improve and keep up? She is over 40, a senior who has been in the industry for more than 20 years, most episodes are just members by themselves. No guests are overshadwing her, expect her lack of enthusiasm and commitment. Why not start by not looking at the cellphone when members are chatting in bus and stuff. She is caught several times doing so. Also, show some interest in members and their work outside RM, whenever they are talking about stuff, she seems like she is lost. Communication and interactions are a 2 ways streets. Not always they should ask and engage her, but she should do so too.

Yes, and it is all reported by YJS anyway about what JH says behind the scenes. She never talks about how she is lacking compared to the other members. She can talk about it openly, no?
