Assam is just one state. it cannot rule over a National Policy to provide shelter to most unfortunate people, non-Muslim people of Pakistan and Bangladesh for whom this bill is intended. If Assamese are so racist, they can say that openly and these refugees can go to other states. They cannot demand that the citizenship bill should be withdrawn.
