They added an AH6M mod to Reforger that has Rocket pods and Miniguns, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to swap between them.

its cos they built it from the ground up for console it seems, theres a lot of jank on pc still like a weird mouse acceleration that you cant turn off, it feels awful in pvp especially. i have to say tho the helis are a load of fun

Honestly the lack of realism makes it really fun to fly. They really did a great job of making the helis feel alive. Definitely room for improvement but miles ahead of squads flight model in terms of functionality. Biggest unrealistic aspect being that rotor head / blades can handle unlimited G forces at the moment so you can pull crazy j hooks.

Compared to squad the helicopters feel significantly more “alive”, so much fun to fly and so far I’m really enjoying the change. Lots of my squad mates have moved over to reforger and are also in the same boat.

They changed it with a patch after this video. Ngl it’s currently too slow in its current iteration. Hopefully they do some tuning

Good flying. But a real helicopter would not handle that. The rotor would be overloaded and the rotor rpm would go down until the engine stalls. There the flight model ends.
