I really have a soft spot for him. Hopefully, he does not push himself beyond his limit and being overwork and stress to survive on this show for the agency sake. For those who complaining about less people helping him, do not judge as simple as that especially for an edited kind of show because they show what they want to show not what we want them to show. I've also been like that, the 2nd physical exercise where the physique is much heavier than 1x, I can't get past the blue block 5x and it's replaced by push ups 10x 15 sets, coming home really stuffy . Until I can't breathe smoothly, my body is also stiff. If you watch the show you will know Team Performance got the best friendship and is very close with each other. They probably don't want to crowd him, not knowing exactly why he was in pain. Plus, what else can they do when the instructor was already there checking on Shihyun, they probably don't want to be in his way. If you see, others (Seunghwan, Jinha & Jaewon) did help him around.
