I can never get over how expressionless the audience is at these sort of performances. They could not look like they're having less fun if they tried. Sometimes they play the track so that it can be louder than the mic. Other times they do lipsync because it's hard to dance and sing at the same time. Here I think they are lipsyncing because they wouldn't want to mess up at an event like this. It's a common thing in the music industry. Beyonce did it at Obama's Inaugaration. Plus, listen to the MV and play this video at the same time. It doesn't mean they can't sing. It's just more convinent to lipsync sometimes...
