Yes Bonny, pepper is hot, not bitter dear, carila is bitter, green mango is sour and so on ,capsaicin in the pepper is what make it hot, but don't worry I have family member who say pepper is bitter.😅 Cook the papa with dry houri fish or swamp shrimp girl, that curry look good.

So Hot or Bitter it can be the same .. Keep up the wonderful job you all are doing..

There are 3 different types of hot! Hot ( as in spicy , hot as in stove hot and hot as in foods that brings up our body core temperature , ext garam masala aka hot curry) Some vegetables like okroo is known to bring up the heat in our body 😊 Thanks again .keep creating these wonderful videos ❤
