Erika Kuhr of HIP Agriculture is joined by her Aunt Cindy in this episode where they share a dish they’ve made together many times over the years - empanadas with a twist. Instead of flour for the dough base, these ladies use the gluten free tropical starch crop green plantains, packed with nutrients and very flavorful. Sky’s the limit on fillings!
