Hot Rod Power Tour - Day 3 (Coming Home)

In this video, I head back home from Hot Rod Power Tour in my 1975 Chevy C10. We start in Antioch, TN and head back to Atlanta, GA bringing our total mileage for this trip to just under 1,000 miles total.

Congratulations on your successful completion of your first Power Tour! You did everything right! So many other participants I've seen in videos over the years have NOT had as cool and comfy of an experience as you two did! Simply marvelous. As a curmudgeonly old man, I say that you did the exhaust system correctly. I found the sound INSIDE your cabin to be well-controlled and nice. Any louder, and you two would have frayed your nerves...and your ears would not have been very pleased, either. It's not my vehicle...but at my age, I'd make the same trade-offs YOU DID. You gained hours of relaxed comfort on the road that outweighed a few seconds of loud, ear-melting fury for an audience outside the vehicle. I hope you two are nice and rested up and recovered from your adventures. Aloha 'til next time!
