I don't like his fit in SWS at all. He's capable of doing so much better and heavier music. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing him reboot Underminded and go from there. That style of music is much more appreciated now than it was 8 years ago and they could tear the roof off of buildings with a bit more notoriety.

Saw them at Warped Tour 2011! I was a big Craig Owens fanboy so that was definitely the highlight of the tour. Man my music taste has gone everywhere over the years and I don't really listen to a lot of post-hardcore or w/e, but I'm hoping the genre makes a big comeback. The new DRUGS song is pretty good.

My first time seeing them was back in 2011 when they were opening support for Hollywood Undead and I had no idea who tf D.R.U.G.S. even was at the time but then I loved their set so much that night that I even wanted to see them one more time back in 2012 on the S.I.N. Tour. I should be going to their headlining show next month I'm hoping which is the Velocity Records Tour with Scary Kids Scaring Kids. I actually had a VIP ticket for their show back in December a couple of months ago back when they first announced the North American Tour but then that's when they cancelled it to work on the new album and I was pretty gutted about it. The new lineup is definitely sick for sure though and I'm so stoked for the new record!! D.R.U.G.S. will also go down to me as one of the most memorable and impactful opening bands that I've ever seen in my lifetime and Craig just continues to get better and better with every new song that he puts out.

I've seen both in concert and love both bands and I can confirm 110% that D.R.U.G.S. blew Chiodos out of the fucking water when it came to live shows. I like Chiodos too but their fanbase to me always seemed like mega incel beta dorks.

@@Cringey_Swine ya I’ve never really watched any videos of DRUGS play live but my god, they were significantly better then Chiodos live. I do want to point out that drugs had what was considered an “all star lineup” though. Pete wenz put this band together and he pretty much cherry picked every top player from some of the best current bands out their, and built Craig a super band. I mean, Matt Good, Nick Martin, the other guys from story of a year and matchbook romance...too bad Craig had to steal Pete wenz’s wife. I think that was the end after that happened.

It was an EP that they recorded 5 songs for after that debut LP came out that was released by Hot Topic for them to sell during the summer of 2011. I have a copy of it on CD when the Hot Topic website started reselling them but they are fucking hard to find. Some guy wanted to buy it off of me and I almost wanted to tell him to fuck off. There's no telling how rare it will be in a few more years.

Lol this is probably the best I’ve ever heard him sing. If this is bad, go watch early Chiodos, like 2005-2008. Craig doesn’t even attempt to hit 80% of the high notes in most songs, he just stops and lets the crowd go. And when he would try to hit the highs he would pull the mic away from his mouth as he went off pitch. I know this is a super old video and comment but the dude has improved so much as a vocalist over the years.
