Hi Tim, Jen and Morgan, that's a lot of wood. I know that was a hot job. That limb scratched your face good. OUCH. You three make a great team. Be careful in the heat . It can be dangerous. I've always heard cuttting and stacking lumber keeps you warm in the summer and winter time. The honey is such a pretty color . Love it. And the bear containers. Looks delicious. Thats a lot . Have a great weekend. And a safe trip. Enjoy Freedom weekend. God Bless. Go RidgeLife ❤

That was quite a bit of wood y'all stacked. Next time try assembly line style. Easier on your backs and probably quicker. When unloading have someone taking it off of the truck tossing to the stackers. Just an suggestion that might help.

It's a hot one here in Delaware today. 98 and humid. Even my dog that loves being outside says Nope she wants the A/C. I went out at 5'30am to do my work and come in about noon. Had to relocate a couple snakes then had to put moth balls around to keep them from coming in the house. Even the snakes think it's to hot out. We haven't had any rain in about 3 weeks and the grass is brown and crunchy to walk on.

When I lived in upstate New York we used to get buckwheat honey. This is darker and richer than clover honey. Buckwheat honey sold for more than clover honey because of its flavor and scarcity. Another added feature is that deer love to feed on buckwheat.

You might want to plant a field of buckwheat and move a hive near it. You could be the only buckwheat honey producer in Tennessee. Honestly, it is that good!
