When my daughter hit puberty I had a conversation with hubby (we weren’t married yet) about her becoming a woman and I don’t wanna be on Jerry Springer. I let him know that he’s great and that I didn’t feel like he had ever indicated that he saw my child in any inappropriate way. I felt like he always only was father like but I needed to make sure. He was initially very hurt but then realized some people are gross and he knew I was only wanting to protect my kids. It was a really hard thing for me to bring up. But in the end I think it was worth it

thats a horrible thing to do to your spouse, i wouldnt really appreciate if someone assumed i was a pedophile and a cheater, i feel bad for your husband
@tempbauer21312 жыл бұрын
@@kenyasukme1222 I didn’t assume he was a pedophile. Men being attracted to young women that aren’t related to them once they hit puberty and have adult bodies isn’t pedophilia. It’s normal. It’s the reason our human society keeps producing healthy offspring and that humans continue to be animals that (for the most part) rule the earth. I assumed my husband is attracted to young healthy women especially since I’m genetically blessed and look MUCH YOUNGER than I am. And his history of women he dates have all been in their 20’s. Except his first wife but they met when they were in their early 20’s. She shot herself when she was 40/41. They had been together almost 20yrs. And every woman after her was 21-25 when they met with no relationship lasting more than 2yrs. Most lasting abt a year 10-14months. Until he met me. Although I did still look like I was 25/26 when we met. He did almost end our relationship over that conversation bc he initially felt as you. However, I explained myself (in even more detail than I can here). He understood me being protective of my children. We’ve been together over 10yrs now. I can see how some people might see what I did as inappropriate or mean. I don’t care. I’d rather have people dislike me or think I’m racist, sexist, whatever than walk into something that’s dangerous. More often than not when bad things happen to people from others, they ignore those danger signs bc they don’t wanna seem rude. There were no danger signs of him being a pedo which is why we were together. However, it was always obvious that he’s attracted to women in their 20’s. If he wanted to continue to live that way then it was time for me to bounce. Btw, my hubby is almost 25yrs older than I am. His 1st wife had been dead almost 20yrs when we met. So he had been dating young women in their 20’s for almost 20yrs. That’s a lifestyle choice.

And he didn't send you through the drywall for that? That just means you're a shark and he's a fish. You scooped up a weakling just so you could act like that without any repercussions. The fact that he married you AFTER that shows he has no self respect and that he's a broken man. I feel for him.
@piraveenparaneetharan9632 жыл бұрын
what the fuck is wrong with you? Why were you even with him if you thought that there was even a *remote* possibility that he could think of a child like that? All you did was let him know just how little you trusted him.
@tempbauer21312 жыл бұрын
@@martin1234512345 The fact that he married me means he loves me and my kids. And again, he was very hurt and angry. His initial reaction was GTFO! However, we had several LONG DETAILED discussions that I’m not gonna get into here. That led to an understanding and allowed us to move forward. My husband is wanna of the strongest men I’ve ever met in my life. He’s intelligent, trustworthy, kind, amazing at everything he does! And while I’m definitely not a trad wife, anyone that sees us very quickly sees that he’s the head our household. I know by making the Jerry Springer comment makes it seem as tho this was something I just casually said as we were passing each other in the kitchen. It wasn’t a casual conversation. Everyone is entitled to their opinion even when making it without all the details and info on a subject. However, I hope you (or anyone else reading) understands that you don’t have all the info and most likely in any comment section with someone discussing something that’s nuanced about their life it’s likely you don’t have all the details to actually give a proper assessment. No matter how long their comment is. Sometimes (but probably rarely) in a very short comment you will have all the nuanced details.
