Hot Toys Arkham City Batman Figure

Sweet figure but I think a few differences here and there could have made it perfect. For instance, the head is dead on and sculpt of the figure in general is great. However I really don't like how they used rubber for the suit because 1. It restricts possibility and 2. The suit isn't even rubber in the game, it looks more like some type of cloth. Also for a Hot Toys figure, I would have though they'd go all out and include all of his gadgets from the game instead of just the three.

Agreed. Wish they didn't use rubber. Face is amazing though.

Loved the review!! Had to hold off for me!! When I first saw the prototype, I was blown away, then I saw the final product and they were too many flaws that, in my case, it would cost much more to fix, so I had to pass on it

I cant decide between this or the AOU Cap figure. :c which would you recommend I get first?

8DarthGhost8 those are tough choices heheh... Personally I like batman more so I would go for that one. Because there will be more cap figures especially the civil war, that suit looks very similar to aou cap

So im planning on buying this figure but im worried about the rubber is it easy to break or deteriorate by having him in a meusium pose

No, if he is just standing he is fine. Is mostly when people put a fig in dynamic pose where they stretch out the rubbersuit.

this is my first hot toys figure and I found that the neck ball joint doesn't fit snug in the head hole. feels like it sort of doesn't want to go in. tried applying a bit of force to pop in, but don't want to damage. so I can get it to rest on their with poses, but it really isn't on the ball joint.. is this normal? I'd rather want a head easier to get off than harder if I ever got the head into the ball joint. this is my third batman figure where the head didn't want to go into the ball joint. one other happens to be the Play Arts Kai Arkham City Batman, had to sand down the ball joint. the other the DC Collectibles Icons Batman and that I took a hairdryer to and now very snug. but that head isn't supposed to come off. I'm cursed. I'd attempt to return it, but I don't know what is normal with Hot Toys or if I'm doing something wrong or there is a trick to it / easy fix.

+mercer1st It should go in, I think I remember being pretty tight too to pop that head in. Mine is defintiely not loose.
