89 Batman got me into comics as a kid. Same era as you. I just received my Batman Hot Toy and spent lots of time going through all the stuff it came with. I’m scared to rip the materials from posing it too much. I’m glad they offered a chance for collectors who missed out the first time it came out and not have to buy from resellers. Not hating on resellers but prices were crazy. My first Hot Toy was Miles Morales from Into the Spiderverse. The payment option makes it convenient too. Especially so your spouse doesn’t see the $300 charge for the figure. Great video and congrats on the acquisition.

It was an event. My friend’s parent took me. My mom found me hidden under my blanket at the bottom of the bed. Got probably scared by the Joker LOL.

I first saw the Batman movie at my buddy Rickys house just before the official release in the summer of 89 with a really good bootleg copy. 🤣 Also, I LOVE Jack Nicholsons Joker, and completely respect Heaths but my absolute favorite is Caesar Romero because I too watched the Adam West/Burt Ward Batman TV show and I LOVED (and still LOVE) it. SOCK! BAM! POW! KAPOW! CLASH! LOLOL
