It looks very accurate and better made than the sideshow ones. The sculpt is on point and the weathering doesn't disappoint. The only minor critique I have is that they haven't added the paint chips that show the white primer underneath, but other than that, I'll be picking this one up.

You asked Justin, so I checked. Antennas is correct for what the droid has on his back. Antennae, like you said, is for bugs. Loved this review btw, I got so excited when i saw the thumbnail, even though I'm not a collector.

I been buying up a-lot of Hot Toys Sixth Scale figures these past few months and always enjoy you're videos. Had to look up you're review on him because I got him earlier today and even though he does feel fragile, he's a pretty solid figure. I might keep him in Transport mode until I obtain the Super battle droid, Darth Sidious and Padme. Still debating on Mace Windu but definitely need to get Anakin and maybe down the line Count Dooku. He just doesn't seem to fit in with my KX-Enforcer Droid or IG-11 or The Mandalorian Set of figures lol

It's so tempting to grab this - but I am specifically waiting for OOM-9 (The droid commander from Episode 1). I love the original tan Droids, so if the next B1 they announce isn't OOM-9, then I'll settle with tan. Not a huge fan of the Geonosis B1 Paint Scheme. I wonder when they'll do a Super Battle Droid. I'd pay a LOT for that.

Coming back to this, what is Hot Toys doing? Do they realize how well the original tan battle droids would sell, the amount of money from collectors and army builders they'd get from that version! They need to seriously consider at least announcing the regular version, because then at least we can get an estimated year time, but right now it's looking like past 2025 (for a mold they already have mind you)!
