I mean yeah. People brag about it not being comic accurate when this is literally based on Ultimate electro so I enjoy it. But Imma be honest and say that the new electro looks insane too and I’m hyped when they ever make a hot toys of him

I love how this Electro is not only accurate to the ultimate comics but also a good mix of the Spectacular Spider-Man version like getting electrocuted by eels and Spider Man the New Animated Series where he gets bullied alot by many people. Such an emotional character 😢

Couldn’t have agreed more. It’s literally the design from the Ultimate Comics which is my all time favourite look. Just something about him being “pure electricity” rather than a dude in green tights and yellow mask is far more intimidating and otherworldly.

I like the idea he’s a guy who has had nothing good going for him except Spider-Man being nice, so when Spider-Man “betrays” him he kinda goes nuts and uses his powers to get attention.

Electro is my favorite Spider Man villain. I love this blue one (ultimate electro) more then the redesigned one from No Way Home. The Amazing Spider Man 2 is my favorite Spider Man movie apart from No Way Home. Because I enjoyed Andrew Garfield in the role, then Tobey Maguire in 2nd and then Tom Holland in 3rd place (not bad but decent). I know this version of Electro isn't well received by everyone and that most people like it and some didn't, I still love it. I also like the theme for Electro. Hans Zimmer is a great composer. No Way Home only had the theme for 1 brief second, it could have been longer. At least every time he appears on screen, the theme should play. Another reason why I love this Electro is because I feel like it's more powerful then the No Way Home counterpart.

I always just interpreted this as the ultimates universe version of the character, so it's fine. I definitely prefer the classic green and yellow outfit though for sure.

This figure is still (as of this spring) sitting in the comic book store in islands of adventure Orlando. I’ve seen it for years. Pretty interesting take. Hated the movie when it came out. I can appreciate the look of electro. And what a damn shame we didn’t get the rhino

Gotta say, I actually liked his look in the film. Sure it looked kinda goofy cause people were expecting closer to comic electro but his look actually grew on me. Really liked his hood and everything, kinda creepy looking too. I think he could’ve looked better if the movie was shot better too or filmed nowadays 🤷‍♂️
