I thought the New Iron Man is the Way of the Future for an Action Figure. Hono Studio done a Incredible Job, making Iron Man Figure, Comic Accurate with New Seamless Body! Though the New Seamless Body doesn't have the same Flexibility as the Original Body with Seams, it still has some Possibilities done right. You can Pose your Favorite Character Figure, just like the Original Classic Iron Man Character from the Comic Books. Very Informative and Entertaining! Amazing Video as always! 😎 👌👌👍👍

I have the Hot Toys comic version and still jumped on this Iron Man as soon as it was available. This is the 1/6 Iron Man I always wanted. I really like the seamless look without the panel lines. I also felt the diecast one was oversized.

seems like the arms & legs are a different sheen of gold, the mask looks painted while the arms & legs look like gold-colored (medical?) silicon. That waist piece is definitely doubt-worthy tho.

this is a very nice looking figure and yes, more practically priced than the diecast comics classic version that came out as a limited release or any of the other diecast versions of Iron Man. It is still getting up there in price. Just like the other Hono editions, this guy is very tempting.

This figure looks stellar but I think I'd still prefer a repaint of the diecast one with these colors. I like the more "realistic" attempt at the classic design for Ironman as opposed to fully comic accurate

The chest power core is called, at least on newer armors, a "Repulsor Tech Node". Kinda the comics version of the Mini Arc Reactor but not actually since the Reactor isn't a thing in the comics. Last i checked at least.

The chest device is a “unibeam” weapon in the comics. It annoys me to no end that, ever since the movies, various actions figures based on the comics have either called this weapon an “Arc reactor” in promo materials and/or colored it blue-white (like the Arc reactor in the films) instead of yellow. The Arc reactor is exclusive to the film lore, and seeing it bleed into toys based on the *comics* is maddening.

I like how we got the origins diecast which we thought was gonna be the definitive comic book version, and then we got the classic repaint of that mold which we thought was gonna be the definitive comic book version, and now we have this ACTUAL comic book version with metallic paint. I bet there's gonna be a glossy red and yellow repaint of this down the line to give us a real definitive comic book version of Iron Man
