So glad Sideshow reissued this figure! I missed out on getting the Mark 43 Iron Man when it was available through Sideshow back in 2015-2016. I remember thinking to myself I would never be able to get this awesome figure but when Sideshow and Hot Toys announced a reissue of this figure I knew I had to have it! Once it got released, I bought it from Sideshow and got it for my Birthday last year in 2020. Absolutely love this figure well worth the money and I highly recommend this to anyone who is an Iron Man fan!

Got this figure today ( side show exclusive) plus a bonus custom damaged ultron prime (looks pretty good but it's black for some reason, more like a sentry I guess though they were grey too) for 260 + 10 shipping. Pretty good deal in my opinion, now I just need black widow and my team will be complete!!!

I don't remember his eyes turning red in the movie. But I think that it could be part of a deleted scene where ultron takes over his armour. And we will probably see that in the directors cut.

The base has those plugs because it's a repaint of the dark knight hot toys figure base, that's where the iron beam plugs in and where you hang the 3 villains masks.

The damaged head sculpt is from some promotional artwork showing half of the helmet looking clean and the other corrupted by Ultron, hence the red eyes. It also had a scar running down the face mask.

+Michael Dunlap Well the 42 was a prototype. In Iron Man 3 the 42 couldn't take a little breeze because it would dismantle completely, plus it was destroyed with Killian inside. In this movie its not only rebuilt but its a real deal, combat ready, more resistant suit and more efficient when only summoning certain parts of the suit unlike the total mess the 42 was.

Axell Rosas well I know that but I just don't like the fact that marvel made the mark 43 a more red version of the mark 42. It's more powerful than the mark 42, but the model is the same which I think it's kinda lazy. I wish they made a new model like they did with mark 45, 46, 47 and 50. Just my opinion. I know the mark 2 is a recolor of the mark 3 but it's an old suit anyway.. the mark 6 is a reused mark 4 but the thing is, I like the mark 6 better then the mark 4.

i think the base is just a smaller version of the 1/4 Dark Knight base. That base had the same ports for debri you would connect. i guess they got lazy? yes, the batteries for the eyes were super annoying!

ShartimusPrime great review and when you try to turn on the head light don't put the head cover in all the way. I did it for my mark 42 and it's easy to take the cover of and turn on the light

That armor was in the end of AOU, fans calls this armor "The bleeding edge" because it looks like in the comics. After Mk 43, Tony created Mk 44 aka HulkBuster to fight Hulk and then he made the Mk 45 to face Ultron in the end of AOU

Copy what you like to see in other reviewer's videos, but still do it with your own style. That's one reason I don't like it when some people compare my work to other reviewers, because I've most likely learned something from them one way or another. Seriously, think of any popular toy reviewer, and they've taught me something. So yeah, copy while still being original. If you copy too closely, people will know and think you're lame. Tony Stark is shorter than Steve naturally so the Iron Man armor wouldn't make him any taller than Cap; that is if you're going by movie standards.
