My T-1000 still holds up! My 2 cents, getting tired of the 2.0's. Hot toys made some boring figures no one wanted or heard of or to money grab,2.0's. But they can't come out with JW2 figures like Charon, Winston the Bowery king or even Aries or any other new characters? The stitching on the uniform on this figure doesn't look right and the 'diamond plated boot' doesn't match the base. Try as you might to justify this figure, the older one, to me, still holds up!

I don't know if you've since seen the picture of the figure at Secret Base but it shows you everything that will come with the figure - at the beginning of T2 his outfit consists of trousers and shoes and the duty belt with all the gear attached. It's later when he assumes the motorcycle cop outfit that his trousers change to having a white stripe down the sides and he now has the boots. After he reforms from the freezing and reheating he loses the motorcycle helmet and jacket but retains the new trousers and boots from that outfit. Also he just has the basic belt at that point. If I were to guess I'd say the reason they had him keep the boots was because it was easier to do the glitching special effects on those boots than it would have been on the shoes and trouser leg that he had earlier in the film. Anyway the figure overall looks great. To be honest I think the sculpt looks a little odd in the solicitation images - I dunno, his hairline seems too low, forehead not long enough - and yet....and yet it looks perfectly fine in the Secret Base picture I mentioned before. I'm not sure why this would be the case. I hope what we get will be more like the Secret Base picture and indeed the pics from that show a few weeks back where it looked fine.

Saw the secret base photos after I made the video and that answered my questions. I see there’s 2 belts, 2 sets of clothes, 2 pants etc
