You don't wanna stay in the hot tub for a while. It will have overheated your body. Not after 2 months ago, I was on vacation in New Mexico to spend time at my Grandparents' house. I went outside to the backyard and hung out in a hot tub for an hour. Until I knew it, my body had overheated and made me fall on the ground. My Grandparents came there to help me up, basically. They should've not told me how long I got out there, so I finally recovered my body. Try to get out of the tub in 20 minutes, and your body will get better, naturally.
