1:09 I ended up really luckily finding a bundle of that whole new set of 3 transports for 17 each shipped online, and also with it was the much older Red Advan/Motul R34 Skyline! I hadn't gotten into transports much before, but I got one of those Factory Premium sets clearanced for 93, the ones with 2 full premium sets + black chases and 3 transports, and I was pretty impressed with the ones in there (Orange RX3 + Gulf Pantera + LBWK R35 GTR)... so now I'm collecting those I guess. xP Also the Civic Pull-Back Speeder doesn't exist. The newer releases of the cars in that set have a sticker replacing the whole side that shows the cars to hide it. It either got cancelled or maybe they're shifting it to waves for next year, instead of a late 2024 release like some of the original boxes said.

The Bentley Continental GT 3 aka Big Boy or Boatley was such an awesome site when they competed in various GT3 series, they didn't do to bad winning a couple of them. The casting looks great too.

I dropped $50 the day after Christmas on a Walmart haul including two Porsche 928S Safari Treasure Hunts and three ML Bumblebees and Cybertrucks each (gotta open them). The dump bin had obviously been restocked earlier in the morning and I got the end of another collector's leftovers after noon. He even handed me a couple that were just regular hard to come-bys. There are several ML recolors which drive me bonkers when I'm trying to collect on a budget. A collection that has a casting number of 250 shouldn't be 400 versions deep, nor should trailing into Target, Kroger, Dollar General or Dollar Tree be needed to finalize a collection. That being said, I've walked into a few places lately that still have 2022 N case on their pegs. It's maddening to know there's backstock just sitting, aging in their tiny warehouse but they keep a "won't open/order until necessary" business model. I even saw a few on pegs in your little search that I wish I could find here in Reno. Ballsy to even try on Christmas Eve.😂

I went hunting the day before Christmas Eve, the 23rd, and boy it was just as crazy busy with people, it was insane. However, the stars aligned and I somehow managed a perfectly timed restock at Walmart at 4:30pm of all times, the employees were opening the hot wheels cases right when I walked up and I literally saw the supers flowing out right as they were dumping them into the dump bins... being that the supers are on the bottom of the cases they ended up sitting right on top of the piles for me as they dumped the cases out into the bins. There were so many people around I thought for sure there had to be another collector or scalper there, but I saw the supers so fast that they were all literally mine within 3 seconds of being dumped. They were the easiest supers I ever found, I had literally just walked up 10 seconds earlier to realize what was about to happen... a damn Christmas miracle
