Crescendo is pronounced "creshendo" and is a musical term, meaning to grow in volume/intensity or get louder. I bought my daughter (who plays music) that car for Christmas, not just for the musical name, but the great colors, the weight (speed on the track), but it also has a flip-able front end that helps it go on loops and also on straight tracks. A lot of our fastest cars don't take loops well so this one was a great find. It's one of her favorite now. You mentioned cars performing on the track well, if you're into it, give the Crescendo a try and let me know how you like it!
