Got the emails this morning, R34 back ordered, we can cancel your order and refund u $35😂 what an insult. Not only are they badly packaged, you don’t even understand the value of these products you made customers jump thru hoops to obtain. Mattel need to up their game in customer service and QC. FYI was offered $10 refund on loose blister supra. 💩👎. Thanks for the content, keep up the good work 👍

Mattel needs to use better protectors, the protectors they use for the NFT cars and the RLC cars are too tight, the corners of the cards always get jacked up. They should use something like the ones that Sterling makes.

Maybe 'Class Action' will get their Attention with the High Prices Spent(I ordered RLC 720 King cab and they sent me Elite Tacoma(?)I called when sale was going on and told them to fix quick before it sells out they didn't and it did and they didn't have replacement also. I told them-You are a Multi-Million Dollar Co. so Hire a Proper IT Firm and Shipping Co. after I Cancelled missing cars I want. Mine arrive with a cracked blister even when there was no damage on the protector, also there was a crease on the card, the f&f printed box alsonshows some damage as well, luckily i was able to get a replacement, hopefully it will arrive free of damage!

When the NFT FnF Suki S2000 shipped, mine came in with a broken blister. I emailed Mattel CS, submitted some photos, got a replacement and got to keep the damaged one as well.

My box was scrunched on two sides. I thought maybe someone kicked it around because they got mad that ...I got one, or that I bugged them about shipping my package that had a label created 2 weeks prior

Wow! I had a similar issue with the Roxy Chase and Mattel Customer Service just offered a basic car, Monster Truck, or 1:43 as a replacement. Definitely not adequate. I hope they get the message.

I've never seen that with premiums btw. Oh yeah, you gotta implement proper QC with premiums if you want to sell them in the shops, right? But for RLC and NFT however who cares? Those buyers already paid, so we don't give a flying duck about them lol. And they gonna do it again!
