imo some of the Heavy Duty cars returning from the first game are definitely in that category just cuz of how they handled in the original; the Deora and duck car might not have been made "heavies" if they didn't handle like that in the first game for one reason or another, but they kept it consistent which I can appreciate

Koenigsegg Jesko, Bugatti Chiron, Power Rage, Synkro, RD-09, RD-02, Spectype, Rollin Thunder, Carbide, BMW M3 GT2, MS-T Suzuka, Deora 2, Nissan Z, and Honda S2000 is my favorite cars of Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged.

What unleashed mission do you do to unlock Fast Fish and 442?

Unleashed missions won't give you any cars. Fast Fish is obtained by collecting (I don't remember) either all rare or legendary cars while the 442 is collecting all STH cars.

@@IsuckAtDriving The Unleashed missions are the in-game achievements that can give you cars as rewards. You might be thinking of the Extreme level events from the campaign here? Those don't give car rewards but the Unleashed missions do

Recastings by Mattel themselves it’s called the Super Tsunami in America and Japan and the Power Pro in Europe and Canada. Milestone the game developers are based in Europe or Canada. Hence why it’s called Power Pro in the game regardless of region you live in everyone just calls it Super Tsunami. Cuz it rolls off the tongue easier. Despite the naming I think Europe and Canada get more Treasure hunt and super treasure hunt versions of the car America not many at all and Japan a few more than America no STH’s in Japan I don’t think and barely any in America.

Too many of the forgettable modern fantasy cars imo. Would've liked to see Vulture and Sling Shot included with the other World Race cars.

Both are confirmed as future DLC via datamine (alongside Ballistik, 24/Seven, Muscle Tone and Power Pistons) and all are most likely the HW35 versions. There's definitely a huge recency bias though (which is probably Mattel's doing), even the "old" models added into this one are mostly the newest / last pre discontinuation model made regardless of how good it is (that budget looking mostly unpainted playset Seared Tuner comes to mind). Outside of HW35 and Acceleracers (and those are only in due to the extremely vocal fanbase) the oldest model newly added in 2 is from 2007. No 80's or 90's representation at all, and the latter is probably my favourite era aesthetic wise. Yeah, there's the livery system, but I personally think we shouldn't have to result in that to get at least a bit of classic rep into the game.

They had no reason to make a part 2 for this game, if they just kept updating the og game it would’ve been fine but I think a lot of players like myself refuse to pay for the same game twice just to have jumping and different dlc. Lame
