Dear sir I have a question,, Hot working refines grain structure and cold working distorted grain structure then why surface finishing is better in cold working??

In Hot Working there is scale formation on the surface of workpiece due to high temperature but in cold working, there is no scale formation on the surface of workpiece..... That'shwhy cold working has better surface finish than hot working.
