Finally finish listening very carefully (believe it or not part of these types of interview are discussed in college business, music, hip hop etc). Very good interview with flex (some of y'all didn't understand why flex would interrupt the convo, it's called saving the guest at times, stay on course based on producer of the show and controlling time). Flex did a good job. First time, heard jimmy actually speak that long lol, very informative and young artists should listen carefully to the knowledge jimmy gave, learn the business of music, television, loyalty. Good Job Jimmy and Flex! Wish him the best!

@jaygio8 жыл бұрын
Stop smoking weed and doing drugs and you too, can have a memory. Easy enough, right?
@RyanJMills-lf3et8 жыл бұрын
John G.K. First off, smoking having a considerable effect on the memory is a myth. Propaganda that has its roots in the "reefer madness" era of the U.S. Jim Jones is a major pot head and he's displaying an acute memory in this interview which might I add disproves your point. Second, I have no idea why your comment is so condescending. I never said I was a a druggie or why you assumed that much but whatever. Third, stop with the trolling please I am simply amazed by the man's memory and his ability to recall vivid details.
@jaygio8 жыл бұрын
Smoking and all drugs in general affect the memory. This is not propaganda, it's a fact and is not even up for debate. Not like you're a science major or in the medical field to know this. Then again, it's not like you can't look this up in published studies that have been done. This in no way impinges marijuana's ability to treat CTE, which you probably don't know what that is. But there are pro's and con's to everything. And I was referring to YOUR ability to retain memory, not Jim's, since you were the one having a hard time understanding that someone can remember things. Especially when you lived a certain kind of life with major things happening. When your life is boring and dull and everything is the same year after year, then it might be harder to recall as everything seems the same.

I'm tired of the revisionist hate when it comes to Jim , prior to the Max B conflict and Dipset dilemmas , growing up in NYC as a kid/early teens in the 2000s I remember when the streets loved Jim Jones when he came out with Ryders Musik , City Of Gods then the Harlem : Diary Of A Summer album , and when I see niccas tryna to act like Jim played a small role in the dipset movement I can tell who was really bumping dipset in its prime and who hopped on the wave dumb late , Jim may not be a perfect individual but I'm tired of the unwarranted hate son gets , fuck that son is a legend and fuck who opposes ...

Intelligent Hoodlum you are absolutely right. I'm from Utah and nobody knew who Dipset was until hey ma. I was bumping Purple Haze and people would lose their shit. Juelz was my favorite of the group, n the very beginning a album from any one of these men was a colab album. Ryder Music is a great album. I have not listened to one single Vado song. he's not a diplomat in my opinion. shit SAS was that noise!

This isn't the first time Jim has cried on camera. He spoke about losing family members to HIV/AIDS on 106 & Park. If a grown man shed tears, when most men hate shedding tears, it's a real reason attached to it. You can feel it in their tone when it's real. Jim Jones didn't change up not once throughout the whole interview.
