Why didn't he say something about the bag being open when she gave him the 1 pill? That would have been the only time it is relevant whether it was already open, if he saw it was open then he would have said something then.

I have a trusted aide who went to get my diabetic meds and I never had a problem. Then one day I was shorted by the pharmacy and I caught it and from then on they require a id for my medicine pick up and it's in a sealed bag ( plastic see through) and I have never been shorted again it was on the pharmacy 😊
