It's different yea. I shortened it cuz it was a little too long. I believe this is the Arcade version.

This is the music used in the wii version. The arcade and other non-wii versions (i think anyway) use the old soundtrack.

If you go into the sound test menu on the Dreamcast version (probably all home releases) you get a much longer extended version of the pipe organ intro which you never encounter in actual gameplay. I believe this is simply that.
