The area is completely safe. Its a Family Room and you can check updated price on Agoda or Booking. I booked through Agoda. I am not sure about the indian market but there is a big mall and a local market very close to the hotel.

Yes. There were options available. On 5 minutes walk, there was another market with many restaurants.
